Welcome to IMA's Online Support Center
Each patient wishing to use IMA's Online Support Center must first register. If more than one member of your family is a patient of Illini Medical Associates, please ensure that each member is registered individually. You may not use the same email address for multiple patients.
Current Patient of any IMA clinic: If you are currently a patient at any of IMA's clinics, please contact a receptionist to assist you in generating a "Support Center Pin." Once you have received your pin, click register and follow the instructions.
Not yet a patient of IMA: If you are not currently a patient with our office but would like to become one, please contact our one of our clinics to request an appointment.
